Overview
A live bottom hopper replaces a row of pyramid hoppers with a shallow trough and a screw conveyor. Collected dust is carried along the trough to one discharge point, which saves headroom and simplifies dust disposal.
It is a practical option where height is limited or where dust needs to be discharged to a single bin, conveyor or rotary valve.
